Can companies display past claim labels if they aren't eligible for claim in the latest year?
When a company makes a Carbon Integrity Claim, it is issued based on the company's financial reporting year for that Claim. The mark for each Carbon Integrity Claim therefore includes the financial reporting year.
While Claims are valid for 12-months, companies can choose to display marks from previous financial reporting years.
Updated marks based on the latest financial reporting year are only issued to companies that have met the requirements to make a Carbon Integrity Claim by submitting their supporting documentation via the Carbon Integrity Claims Reporting Platform.
